Chase after Failure

No one wants to fail, but sometime chasing failure is the only way to succeed.

I started a bible reading called chasing failure and it changed my perspective to failing and that trying and failing is better than not trying at all. I am so good at convincing myself that I am not good enough, I don’t like to try because I’m terrified of failing. If I had not tried, I would not have starting blogging and I may be failing at it; but I enjoy trying. If I had never tried I would not have the job I currently have and I may not be failing at my job, but I would never have had the opportunity if I never tried.

After watching this video I felt I needed to take more risks, find my bravery through my faith in God. We are encouraged to seek out what we want and that sounds very selfish, but God is for us not against us.

“No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you. Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their ancestors to give them. “Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.””

‭‭Joshua‬ ‭1:5-9‬ ‭NIV‬‬

God wants us to step out of our comfort zone and live a life chasing failure, which might lead you to success.
